3) Lucy presented an update on the Forestville Community Fund (FCF). Max agreed to invite a rep from the Chamber of Commerce to serve on the FCF Committee.

4) Planning for Town Meeting on Sustainability
Proposed date: 3/7/2010 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM
(** later changed to 3/14 to accommodate Efren Carrillo’s travel schedule)

Proposed Agenda:
Forestville Community Fund Update - Lucy Roundabout and bypass update (or included in Efren’s report?) Efren Carillo’s Report (20 min. with 10 min. for Q & A) - Max will invite him Short 5 min. presentations by people who can speak on the following topics:

1. Home Energy Efficiency (Anne will seek a home performance rater)
2. Sonoma County Energy Independence Program (SCEIP) (Anne or Lucy will contact SCEIP)
3. Solar PV and solar thermal (Peter will handle or find someone)
4. Grey water/rainwater catchment (Elizabeth will find someone)
5. Local produce/gardens (including recycling??) (Ken will speak or find someone) Richard will ask Janet Zagoria about instituting a ridesharing program on the FPA website.

We will feature tables along the edges of the room with reps and info about local programs on the above topics. Reps will be asked if they can stay until 6:15 PM to provide enough time for participants to have one-on-one conversations with them.

Lucy will create and post the pink signs to advertise the Town Meeting with a phrase like: "Town Meeting: How to Save $ and Energy"

5) 2010 GOALS for FORESTVILLE and for THE FPA Before the next Board meeting, each Board member (and visitors?) are asked to generate ideas for future goals, and send them to Max by a deadline he sets before the Feb. 28 Board meeting.

Ideas to discuss in the next Board meeting:

• A Forestville Garden Tour as a fundraiser for the Community Fund.
• Possibly forwarding $250 to pay an organizer??)
• Raffle off local products and services.

Lucy and/or Richard will update and send out a list of FPA Board members.
