1. Minutes of 4/18/2010 meeting approved.

2. Forestville Community Fund recommendations to the FPA Board on funding grant applications for 2010:

   • Renovation of the tennis courts at El Molino High School. $5000 requested to assist in $50,000 renovation.
   • Committee recommended $2000 in funding.
   • The JD Kawai Downtown Beautification Project. Requested $1200 to remove litter from downtown Forestville. Committee recommended $600.
   • Purchase and installation of bike rack near bus stop/end of bike trail. Requested $500. Committee recommended $500.
   • Signage for parking area on Crinella property. Requested $500 to install 2 signs requesting no overnight parking and no resale.. Committee recommended $500.
   • Completion of the "Fine Art Mural" at El Molino Pharmacy. Requested $3590. Committee recommended $500 plus finalizing the $500 agreed upon completion of the mural.
   • Installation of shade trees and benches in entryway to Forestville Youth Park playground. Requested $5000 for landscaping, picnic tables and drinking fountain.. Committee recommended $3000.
   • Level sidewalks in downtown Forestville. Requested $7200. Committee recommended $1900.
   • The Board approved the Committee recommendations for funding.
   • The FCF Committee will follow up on grants to ensure projects are completed as proposed. Lucy Hardcastle, FCF Coordinator,  will assemble a binder on FCF policy guidelines, and applications - and will investigate scanning all documents in the future and putting them on the FPA website.

3.  It was decided to wait until Fall to have a Board meeting.
